Returns, Exchanges & Order Processing

Our products are handcrafted to order using food-grade, animal-free, organically sourced ingredients, ensuring every item is freshly made just for you.

Because our products are made to order and are perishable in nature, we do not accept returns or exchanges, and all sales are final. We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase, as orders cannot be returned or exchanged once placed.

We begin processing orders within 24 hours of purchase. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Please note that after processing has begun, your order can no longer be canceled.

If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing it. Eligible cancellations made within this timeframe will receive a full refund.
